By connecting the filleting machine with the head cutter, a processing lane is established where fish can flow automatically for processing. The working time, which was previously done manually, is shortened by about 1/3!
No running costs incurred!

The consumable part of the head cutter is the circular blade, which varies depending on usage frequency but generally lasts for about two years before needing replacement. It's a great product with minimal running costs!
Made entirely of stainless steel and can be washed with water

You can easily clean the machine after processing by rinsing it with water. For stubborn fish oil, using a neutral detergent is recommended for effective cleaning.

It's a simple task of just lining up the fish on stainless steel trays.
We offer large and medium-sized trays depending on the size of the fish species.

When constructing an automated line, it's possible to change the direction of connection to the reverse version to fit the space of the factory. We can also create CAD drawings to incorporate into the plans for newly established factories, so please feel free to consult with us.
