Small to medium-sized fish: fillet, center-cut, butterfly-cut Machine M-CC
The filleting machine for small to medium-sized fish such as horse mackerel and mackerel uses two circular blades aligned parallel to cut. The center cut is made with one sharp blade for clean cutting. The dedicated opening blade can be used to make two-sided openings, leaving bones on one side.

By introducing the HB-SS (Head Cutter), which can be connected with the M-CC, it is possible to build an automated line. This significantly speeds up the process, enabling operations with fewer personnel. It greatly reduces the working time."

M-CC has been manufactured with a compact design not only to increase work efficiency but also to make it more convenient to use. It is about the size of a desk, so it can be easily installed even in small factories. It comes with casters as standard, making it easy to move around.

The position of the circular blade notch and the adjustment of the Belt width can be easily adjusted by simply turning the handle. For filleting, two circular blades are used, while the center cut is made with one serrated blade for sharp cutting. When you switch to the circular blade for frozen fish, you can process semi-frozen fish at around minus 3 degrees Celsius.
