Achieving high yield with four-layered blades
The four-layered blades installed at the entrance and exit of the product cut the bones and flesh to the very edge! This ensures high yield. The product was developed as a new type of fillet-specific machine.

Simply turn the handles on the left and right to adjust the position of the circular blades. This allows for easy adjustment according to the size and width of the fish being processed.

The inverter is equipped as standard
The inverter, which allows for adjusting the start-up speed, is included as standard equipment. You can adjust the rotation speed of the belt with the knob.

Made entirely of stainless steel and can be washed with water
You can easily clean the machine after processing by rinsing it with water. If the fish oil is stubborn, using a neutral detergent to wash the product is effective.
