  • Product About product

    • Yes, we offer the option to conduct a trial or test of the machine before making a purchase.
      Understood. We can arrange for the machine to be tested on-site in your facility. Please provide the necessary raw materials (fish) for the test.
      Additionally, please note that there is no charge for the on-site testing service. Feel free to take advantage of this opportunity and give it a try.
      You can also send the raw materials to our factory, and we can record the testing process in a video to show you.
    • I would like to use the product overseas after purchasing it, but can you help me with the export procedures?
      If you plan to use our machinery in overseas factories, there are specific requirements such as the voltage used in that country.
      We can arrange a detailed discussion and handle the export procedures for you. Please feel free to contact us for further inquiries.
    • If the round blade becomes difficult to cut
      If the blade becomes dull, sharpening it will improve its cutting performance.
      Blade sharpening is handled by our company, so please send the circular blade to our headquarters in Hyogo-ku, Kobe City.
      Blade sharpening will take approximately one month, so please use a spare circular blade during that time.
  • Maintenance About repairs and replacements

    • Can I order parts and consumables?
      It is possible to order parts and consumables manufactured by our company.
      If we have the parts in stock, we can ship them on the same day. Therefore, if there is any impact on the machine due to the wear of belts or circular blades, we can promptly send replacement parts.
      Please place your parts orders by phone or email.
    • To replace machine parts
      Consumable parts such as circular blades and belts are designed to be easily replaced by customers themselves, with a user-friendly structure. We provide instruction manuals and maintenance methods on YouTube through video tutorials for your convenience.
      We can discuss the details and handle the export procedures for you. Please feel free to contact us for further inquiries.
    • I'm far away, but could you come for maintenance?
      We can provide on-site maintenance services nationwide in Japan, and if needed, we can also arrange for maintenance visits abroad.
      Our maintenance approach involves consolidating maintenance visits to areas where we have multiple clients, allowing us to minimize travel costs for each visit.
      First, please inform your sales representative of your desire for a maintenance visit.
