Our journey of over 70 years began with the development and manufacturing of the 'Kasai-ki' (butterfly cut) by our founder, Shigeru Mari, who noticed the Japanese preference for consuming fish.
We have been developing and supplying machines for primary processing in seafood processing, enabling high-speed and uniform productization as well as adding high added value. Our sales extend not only domestically but also to processing facilities overseas.
